Who can be a member of the Coalition of Blacks Against Breast Cancer?

Anyone who has been diagnosed, have a high risk factor, survivors, family and friends and supporters of breast cancer survivors, those that lost someone to breast cancer. We invite anyone who is interested in supporting the health initiative.


How do I get involved with the Coalition of Blacks Against Breast Cancer?

Membership is open to anyone and everyone interested and passionate about defeating breast cancer. We hold a monthly support group meeting with education done both within the meeting and in the community using trained community health educators. We invite men and women, families, caregivers, providers, corporate and foundation supporters to join in the fight. Attend a monthly meeting, volunteer as an ambassador, connect with us and share your story.


How much does it cost to be a member?

There is no membership fee.


When and where does the coalition meet?

CBBC meetings are held on the third Sunday of the month, 3 – 5 pm, at the Cancer Support Community Arizona, located at 360 E. Palm Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
